Step 1: Set up an appointment. Call 519 702-2466 or email us using the Contact Us link above. We will meet at the time that works best for you.

Step 2: Your junk removal appointment. We show up on time for your site cleanup with the appropriate personnel. We load the truck and trailer and leave your site swept and clean. With over 500 cubic feet of cargo room, we can accept most junk piles in just one load! Your appointment concludes with a GUARANTEED ESTIMATE that will give you an idea of what to expect for your invoice (within $20 on loads under 500 lbs, $40 on loads under 1000 lbs and within $60 for everything above 1000 per single load).

Step 3: Junk Direction. We sort each and every load at our processing facility; separating items for sale, second hand stores, recycling depots and the small remainder to landfill. We then deliver the items where necessary and calculate the finalized weight for your invoice.

Step 4: Billing and Payment. You will receive an official invoice billed at our competitive rate of $25/load plus 15 cents per pound by mail, email, or delivery.  Any questions or concerns about your invoice will be promptly answered with the peace of mind of having the Better Business Bureau as accountability agent. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or electronic money transfer through your online banking.
